New heat-resistant coating for protection against high-temperature oxidation of tur-bine parts made of intermetallic nickel-based superalloy working at 1100–1200°С is developed. Research of heat-resistance, evolution of composition and structure of doped ion-plasma coatings for intermetallic superalloy is made.

The article describes the main methods of refining and modification of cast aluminum alloys proposed by M.B. Altman. The basic theoretical and scientific-technical provisions are quoted, systematized M.B. Altman. The classification of casting aluminium alloys on purpose were considered, dynamics of their development were shown. Modern casting aluminium alloys with high manufacturability and improved me-chanical properties were presented, as well as perspective directions of development of foundry of aluminium alloys in the coming years.

Nano-structured silicon, which is promising to doping of silicon carbide-based high-temperature composite materials, synthesized by the chemical vapor deposition method, using various fractions of perchlorosilanes SinCl2n+2 as precursors. The effect of chemical nature of the starting materials and process parameters (temperature steam and thermal degradation, exposure time) on the characteristics of the product was studied.

5The description of researches of influence of fillers on properties of earlier developed adhesives and new development of VIAM Federal State Unitary Enterprise in the field of the adhesives of industrial rubber assignment intended for aviation engineering is provided. The main properties of adhesives of cold curing and the adhesives intended for compound of rubbers with metals in the course of curing, containing different fillers are stated. Advantages of new development in comparison with existing or applied earlier are shown.

The basic known technologies out-of-autoclave forming of designs from polymer ma-terials, including their advantages, lacks and scopes are considered. Devices and forms for realizations of the given manufacturing techniques of details from PCM are presented also. Methods UV-solidification are considered at vacuum forming.
