Abstract

In this paper has been investigated influence of direct crystallizations parameters on permanent magnets alloy UNDKBA (Alnico 5-7) for non-defective percent. For this paper were produced permanent magnets by using different types of seeds and technological parameter. It established that the main parameters for manufacturing castings permanent magnets are temperature, broaching speed, composition and type of the seed. Revealed that slow broaching speed, monocrystalline seed with the crystallographic orientation allows to obtain permanent magnets with non-defective percent higher than 80.
