Abstract

The review of polymeric benzoxazines – promising polymer resins is reported. Comparison of the main characteristics of benzoxazines with existing types of resins is given. The main advantages and disadvantages, as well as methods for the synthesis of benzoxazines are considered. The potential of synthetic methods of polymeric benzoxazines is described, comparison with low molecular weight benzoxazines is reported. The details of the prospects for the expansion of benzoxazines as resins for polymer composite materials are concluded.
