Development of adhesive composite material based on UMT49S-12K-EP alternative carbon filler and VSK-14-3 adhesive binder
This article presents the results of the tests of basic physical and mechanical properties of adhesive polymer composite material (PCM) based on VSK-14-3 adhesive binder with heat resistance of 150 °C and a domestic alternative unidirectional high-strength carbon filler used for production of structural parts (including honeycomb structures) in one technological cycle of sheathing molding and gluing with honeycomb layer, designed for operation in the temperature range from minus 60 to plus 150 °C, with the aim of developing the domestic PCM market to maintain global competitiveness as well as increasing independence from western producers. The article contains information about the features of the technological production process of structural elements from polymer composite materials based on adhesive binders.
