Abstract
New development in the field of polymer composite materials of new generation on the basis of polymer binder development of VIAM Federal State Unitary Enterprise and carbon and glass reinforcement fillers is described. The main elastic and strength characteristics carbon fibers reinforced plastics development of VIAM Federal State Unitary Enterprise in comparison with foreign analogs are provided. VIAM Federal State Unitary Enterprise is equipped now with modern research, test and production equipment which allows to develop and make polymeric composite materials not conceding to the best foreign analogs.
