Abstract
In this article the inspection of technological characteristics in Si content brazing alloys: VPr27 and VPr50 – in a cast form and a powder made by gas dispersion was carried out. Structure and a phase composition of brazing alloy characteristics such as spreading area and melting uniformity were researched. Comparative researches of brazing alloys consist of high purity materials and with technical Chrome purity were made. The reasons of unsatisfactory results of VPr27 spreading area tests were established. The Destabilising Cr influence, polluted by impurity intercalation, on doping system VPr50 brazing alloy, that leads to emergence of non-distinctive for cast materials compounds based on Cr–Mo, were shown.
